How do I make a deposit?
Click on the Wallet button at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Deposit". Enter the amount you wish to deposit and follow the payment instructions. Deposits are processed instantly via our secure payment gateway.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, funds will be transferred to your registered bank account via EFT. The first withdrawal requires identity verification.
What is KYC verification?
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification helps us confirm your identity and protect your account. You'll need to provide your ID number, date of birth, and address. This is required for withdrawals over R5,000.
How do I change my banking details?
Open the Wallet modal, tap "Withdraw", and you'll see your current banking details with an option to change them. Alternatively, contact support to update your banking information.
A game isn't loading. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support with the game name and any error messages you see.
